When you pray, do you ask God to bless you and your plans, or do you ask Him about His plan and how you can best serve Him?

I know many others who love the Lord, have confessed their sin and need for a Savior, but have never surrendered their will to God. They don’t let anyone tell them what to do. . .
God, our Father created each one of us with a purpose and He has amazing plans for each one of us, but they all require us to surrender our own plans and make Him the master of our destiny.
