How many times in your life have you felt like God missed the timing for something? Honestly. I definitely have thought this - even knowing that “He’s never early, and He’s never late.” It’s hard for us because we don’t see the big picture, and God does. He sees the end from the beginning and the beginning from the end.
I have futilely tried to push something to happen when God hadn’t, too. After all, it was something that He had promised me. But I wanted the end result before God had fully prepared me for it - and the end result was disappointment and pain. After the sting faded, and I sat before my Father as His child, I realized what I’d done and decided to wait on the Lord and His timing. Let me just say, it’s definitely worth the wait!
