The truth isn’t a “gray area.” It is black and white. This isn’t popular anymore though, because people want their own versions of truth. But truth was created by God and His word is true - and Satan is the father of all lies. The very purpose of lies is to lead us away from the truth, from God - Jesus told us that He was THE way, THE truth and THE life.
If you’re a Christian, you know that Jesus Christ is real and that He saved you by grace - you know you’re changed in the inside. This isn’t just your truth - it is THE truth. Other people don’t have to feel it or believe it for it to be true.
Understanding the Scriptures can be challenging though. Our human perspective comes into play, and there’s nothing we can do to stop that - after all we are reading it with human eyes, hearing it with human ears and processing it in our human brain.
