We all have questions. We all have doubts and fears... no matter how strong our faith is. There is nothing wrong with this. In fact, it’s one of the reasons there is SOOO much instruction in the Bible for us to not be afraid and to put our faith in God. He knows what we struggle with and provides ample help, so we can be prepared for the day when we face a giant.
The giant can be the loss of someone dear to you, even though you prayed fervently for them. The giant could be a sickness or disease that robs us of health and agility. The giant could be a child who is rejecting all that is good. The giant could be any form of abuse. There are many giants we face, but the word of God tells us that we shall know the truth and the truth shall set us free (John 8:32). We must focus on what we do know about our God in order to deal with what we don’t know...
God is good, all the time.
Gods grace is sufficient for me.
I am a child of God.
His ways are far above my ways.
Nothing can separate me from the love of God.
Don’t let your questions or fears overwhelm the truth that is in you.
