We tend to worship God in times of blessing, but real worship is how we respond when things aren’t going so great. When we praise and honor God in the middle of the “stuff” we’re going through, we are acting in faith.
“Without faith, it’s impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Hebrews 11:6
So when we believe God and look for His work in and around Him, praise and honor Him - He will reward us. Those rewards aren’t necessarily physical rewards, rather the fruit of His Spirit - especially peace and joy.
