Do you get discouraged?
Do you wonder where your passion to pursue and serve went?
Do you see others who are on fire like you used to be?
Sometimes I feel this way.
It’s not that my love for my Lord has waned, I just get discouraged and worn out. These are the ebbs and flows of discipleship and faith is the key to rekindling that passionate pursuit. The call of God and fulfilling His purposes for me are my first priority and yet, all the “stuff and things” of life are clamoring for attention. Some are important, like family needs and performing well on my job, but allowing them to derail me is my struggle.
