Loving kindness and mercy sounds easy, but it includes loving and being kind to those who disagree with you and your enemies. It also includes those who are close to you, the ones who see you behind closed doors should see your loving kindness and mercy above all else.
Walking humbly with our God is a requirement! How is this going? Walking humbly with God is always a challenge because we have to put aside our human desires, strengths and weaknesses to stay in step. That’s right, our strengths get in the way just as much as our weaknesses. Why? Because we tend to take too much pride in our abilities, accomplishments, and wisdom which leaves no room for God to work. It pushes Him away.
