Have you heard the saying, “ You’re making a mountain out of a molehill?” People do this all the time. Our doubt and unbelief are powerful forces, just like faith in God is.
We can take a minor financial problem and worry about it so much that it seems insurmountable. OR, we can ask God and wait for him to give wisdom to tackle it. When we get sick, we can ask God for faith, hope and healing while we seek medical help and take medicine to help us - or not. We can blow a misunderstanding up into a huge rift in a relationship, rather than stick to your god-given call to live peacefully with others and seek to understand. It’s easy to do.
When you apply faith to all the situations you face - from the daily mundane ones to the big fat crazy ones - your perspective changes and you’re able to see more clearly. God works with faith, in fact it’s impossible to please Him without it. Examine yourself and see if there are some molehills you need to tear down and some mountains you need to move today. “With God all things are possible” Matthew 19:26
