Prayer is one of those things that people can misunderstand because they think it matters how good they sound or the kinds of words they use. God already knows your thoughts - disguising them with nice and respectable language doesn’t fool Him. He wants you to talk to Him with rawness and to take time to listen.
Both Jesus and Paul tell us to never stop praying. This sounds impossible, but I challenge you to pay attention to your thought life - the constant inner dialogue going on - and turn it to a conversation with God.
