Our Lord has set joy before us. It’s one of His many promises. We don’t need more stuff, more pleasure, more adrenaline rushes, or fill-in-the-blank. We need more of God in our life. We can be filled with joy when we are walking with God. He fills us and keeps filling us with the Holy Spirit and everyone will see the fruit you bear - including you.
