Praying for God’s will in your life, for His purposes and plans to replace your own, is scary. We aren’t just giving Him permission to come and change our path, we are surrendering our own will. One of the purposes of having free will is to freely surrender it to God and trust Him completely. To let go of things and goals we desire to do the things and reach the goals that God purposes for each one of us. When you start to walk in His will, you will see Him move, you’ll hear Him more clearly say “this is the way, walk in it.” Miracles happen and you get to experience God in a new way.
