You can count on God.
He WILL lead us in the ways we each should go…
He WILL teach us lessons along the way to disciple us - which includes counsel and discipline…
He WILL stay with us, walk with us, and watch over us…
WHEN we listen!
I find that the Lord is always speaking - through His word, through others, through music, through the Holy Spirit deep inside of us, and many other little ways. We aren’t always good listeners, though. Or, even worse, we know what He is saying and we put it aside or procrastinate or obedience (which is disobedience). We know His grace and mercy but don’t want His discipleship. We want to be blessed but we want it our own way. We must decide to really follow Jesus!
