God created us to have power. He didn’t create us to be fearful, worried, negative or depressed - and yet we all have to deal with those feelings, some more than others.
The good news is that God gave us power over all of these feelings. He gave us the ability to change our mind - to choose to think different thoughts and to find beauty in ashes. Trust me, I’ve experienced the lowest of lows, but I chose life. I chose to think about what God says is possible rather than what circumstances (and doctors) were telling me. I know that sometimes it’s really difficult, but you’re not alone. The Holy Spirit is with you and in you and will help you take every thought captive and to think about these things.
