Sometimes it seems like we’re all so consumed with creating comfort for ourselves that we forget that, although it’s nice and it may be a blessing from God, that is not our purpose. Everywhere you turn, you’re encouraged to focus on self-care. Don’t get me wrong, we must take good care of ourselves as a witness to Christ, but that doesn’t mean we deserve luxury and pampering all the time.
